He put myself in jello again!

Hey y'all! What a week this has been. Sister Miller and I always think we're in for a short week after every long one, but that never seems to happen for us😂 So this week was long, but it was so so good!

I'm halfway done training (woot woot!), so we had 6 week training on Tuesday. It's just an all day meeting for trainers and greenies run by President and Sister Strong. I got to see some of my MTC fam! Missed the rest of you in Arizona and Colorado!! 💓

Okay, get ready for this! It was probably the best part of my week. Elder Dike is our zone leader. He's serving in the YSA ward with us too. Sister Miller and I pranked him by stealing his name tag and putting it in jello😏 That's right, just like Jim from The Office. I'd actually been planning to do it for weeks before, but I was finally able to snatch his nametag off his coat while he was in another room teaching a lesson. I could not have been more excited to present it to him at district counsel the following morning. He was so confused and embarrassed. Everyone else made him eat the tag out of the jello😂 Definitely a mission highlight.

The Elders are teaching a student named Wyatt who's part of an improv club at the UofA. Friday night, the Elders, Emily (a member), Richard (who we're teaching), Sister Miller and I went to his "clean" improv comedy show. Most people know that I laugh at everything, so I thought it was so funny. Wyatt was so happy we could all go and support him. My favorite thing to do as a missionary is to make others happy, and to have fun while doing it😁

The coolest thing happened at our booth on campus this week. After not finding anyone last week, we 3 people find us! Heavenly Father answers our prayers! Richard and Panpan are both still doing super good. I love them and I love watching them come closer to Christ!

I won't lie, missions are not easy and they're not always fun, but I have felt my testimony of God's strength grow constantly since i've been here. We all have challenges thrown our way and we think to ourselves, "I can't do this." But really, we can't do it on our own. We need His help. We need not fear, because we have a loving Father in Heaven waiting to strengthen us.

I hope you have a great week! Love and miss y'all❤
